Performance Ahead Consulting was founded in 2015. We are a boutique consulting firm that works with select clients, primarily in the video Game space.
Here is a quick bio on me:
For 40 years Kelly has worked across the game industry. Kelly has held executive positions with many companies including Sculptured Software, Acclaim, Hasbro, Panasonic, Radical Entertainment, Vivendi and Activision. Kelly was also an executive for a Free-to-Play Publishing startup in Montreal. He has lead start ups and large scale development studios, and most everything in between. Over his career, he has been involved in over 300 shipped titles, and has managed, mentored and has been mentored by some of the best talent in the industry.

Musings of an old video game veteran:
We have a new generation of leaders moving our business forward. Leaders who are prepared to overcome the challenges of this year, and the next. This new generation still needs us “Old Dinosaurs” to add value, encouragement, leadership, action and a helping hand.
My Consulting Services:
I specialize in three main areas of consulting:
1. Publishing/Development
(Real world problem solving, strategy, infrastructure and growth – Fractional CEO/COO.)
2. CEO and Executive team coaching, usually in context of the service above.
3. Investment presentation preparation. – I help companies prepare mentally, physically and emotionally to sit across from investors as they are seeking funding.
The bulk of my efforts are focused on Publishing/Development operations, as this is where I have had the most impact and value for my clients with Executive coaching often becoming a natural extension of this work.
